About Me
I was introduced to spiritual direction years ago during a season of transition, loss, and personal grief. Having that companion was transformational; it broadened and deepened my perception, changed my worldview, and brought God into the sacred now of my life. Around the same time, I discovered the enneagram and found it to be incredibly complementary to my personal growth journey. I received training as a spiritual director via CenterQuest’s school of spiritual direction. I received Enneagram training through the Enneagram Coaching Center in Mexico City, Mexico. Now, I have the privilege of companioning others through spiritual direction and when appropriate, bringing insights from the Enneagram into my practice.
In addition to this deeply fulfilling work, I love rock climbing and camping with my husband, Pepe, our two beautiful daughters, and our Australian Labradoodle puppy, Guapo.
